You know he's merely a spokesperson. I don't think about him much, but instead focus on the latest research when it's mentioned in the news. He's not interesting.

I think you might have interpreted my coments as shilling for Fauci, but I rarely see what he does or his comments because I normally don't watch US TV news or read US MSM that focuses on him, or CSPAN &c. (I'm rarely in the US.) Since we've overlooked the POD for a moment here, I'll argue that you often prefer simplified explanations, which can be a sign of stress.

Simple is trusting the establishment narrative. Stressful is thinking and researching for yourself. You should try the latter sometime.
