Your doctor may have refused to transfer the documents out of spite. Many doctors are leftist scumbags and mistreat the unvaccinated.

The doc probably doesn't have the ability to destroy records (they're all electronic from Obama's era).

He's probably been given that excuse, and went with it to save his own skin.

Doctors have huge debts, and easily mismanage their money.

I think it was laziness, or they were telling the truth about destroying the records. I didn't tell them the reason until the 5th phone call... Just said vaguely I want my new PCP to see my records please send these.
