I think he gets off on getting banned before his karma gets to 1000. It's like when you were a kid and you would put your finger an inch from your sibling and say "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you" over and over. He begs to be banned. I think yabbit is him, but seems to be a little different style, so I don't know.
