It's less than a year old, so - if a lawyer advises it - they can send (for M7) a cease and desist letter to the app's domain registration service and to their server, Amazon. In the letter, Saidit.net might require initial evidence of ownership/copyright. The formal US copyright service is here. Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer.

IIRC, only if it's a similar product/service.

ie. Apple (published The Beatles albums) vs. Apple (computers) only became a problem when Apple expanded to iPods, music, etc.
