Was there a legal conviction before that girl and her dog were burned alive?

if i was the judge sitting on the ruggs case, i would want to sentence ruggs to be burned at the stake.

that stupid ASS burned an innocent girl and her dog to death.

an eye for an eye would be fair in this case.

btw, i hate you and i hate this entire world.. fuck you and fuck christmas.

i hope that helps you as a moderator to settle this.

like i really really neeed somebody deciding whether i can say something or not.

      fuck the fuck off.

What laws do you guys think are being violated if a user say, “I think such and such person should be hung, out side of a court room, by a lynch mob”?

        (Serious question)

And what does getting shut down for a users comment look like? Has the FBI knocked on you right door and said, “there have been calls for violence on your forum. We’re seizing your servers.

Is your freedom in jeopardy by not censoring the calls to violence?

And wouldent it be a huge windfall to you guys in new users if you were “shit down” for not censoring other people?

I'm not a lawyer but I think the law is called incitement. This obviously varies from country to country. Saidit obviously wants to stay well clear of any illegalities. The FBI hasn't come knocking nor are they expected to. The actual issue is the server company. Saidit has had to switch server companies in the past because of issues like this. But the other aspect is just fostering a friendly atmosphere here at Saidit. If you ask d3rr or magnora7 they can give you a more informative answer.

Thanks man. It is an interesting topic or discussion. I understand why advocating violence is bad.
