Are they edible at this point? I thought zucchini started getting bitter after it stayed on the vine too long or grew too large.

Taking this opportunity to humbly revolt against the conversation beginning on dick size. Please stop. There are things we just don't need to know here.

This should be 100% edible, either way we cook them in pancakes or just make them into a mix of things that can be kept in jars for a long time like a mini soup but kinda acidic.
