i encountered a serial killer about a decade ago.. he would pick up young girls and he would give them money or booze or drugs... and then he would sleep with them.. and then he would mutilate them.. he told me one day in a whisper voice... "i like to cut out the pussy".

i actually was on the phone with an fbi a couple of years ago and i mentioned to them that i encountered a serial killer that likes to mutiliate his victims... the fbi response: "eeewwwwww"!! and then they changed the subject.

i really found it quite odd that i was reporting to the fbi an extremely violent serial killer and they squinted and said eeewwwww and changed the subject.

it is now my opinion that the fbi couldnt catch a criminal if they had a butterfly net.

sad.
