      I'm actually quite familiar with effective and efficient communication using specific categories of words and body movement based on calibration of the subject. I'm not doubting that NVC can modulate the thoughts and behaviors of those who receive the training to be more efficient and exhibit less judgement.

      Based on my training and experience, it's my opinion that manipulating ones interlocutors does not lead to optimal outcomes, even if it may appear so in the short term. Then again, I wear full sized hats.

      In the bigger picture, promotion of certain useful behaviors in a population is not necessarily a benefit to the behavee.
