I used to sound like you do. I'm not pretending that you can necessarily do the same but I think what saved me is learning to enjoy watching the world burn.

Besides that, lowering your cost of living and getting good with money certainly help alleviate the daily stress of survival.

It's nothing external. Almost everything that makes me miserable is contained within my overly bulky skull.
