Do you have arguments against the claim that "all embryos are inherently female and start as female"?

I posted a similar question on the r/biology of reddit, and the answers I got were that humans start as female and change to male if SRY gene is activated which is why men have nipples, and that if the signal is not activated, it leads to "intersex" conditions.

All vertebrate embryos are inherently female. They just require an extra hormone at the right developmental stage to make them male

There are species like lizards in which sex is claimed to change in embryos if temperature changes? At least that's what I read ...

Basic biology would say otherwise. Males start with Y chromosome. In which way would this be female? Females just don't have a huge part of male DNA, it's just fact, as much as current PC movement will cry about it.

It's not right to say we start as female. We begin in an undifferentiated state and if the SRY gene is present then the foetus adopts the male development pathway, otherwise the female development pathway is adopted. The second X chromosome is still needed for the proper completion of the female pathway, though.

Anyway, yes there's some "tranny" agenda behind the claims in the post, but please focus on the questions and don't associate the TQ with LGB. There are many openly LGB people that are tired of TQ.
