If science could grow a human in a laboratory, would the creation be entitled to constitutional rights? If so, when?

The question is title. Essentially asking if humans reached a point where we could artificially create human life, and could grow it to a point where it could survive outside the lab, would those creations be humans, in your eyes? If so, are they entitled to the same rights as you and me? If not, why? If so, when in their creation?

I recognize this sounds like something out of a sci-fi movie, but I think the answers we give here could help explain some of our views on other life sensitive topics.

Corporations are smart enough to know they need to alter the DNA just enough where the product was not exactly genetically human but kind of like an ape. That way it's an "animal" sans human rights.
