I think that anal sex damages the internal lining of the rectum, perhaps allowing for leakage into the rest of the blood stream, and causing/contributing to STDs, AIDs, and other degenerative diseases.

Most people in modern society have chronic general health issues, or specifically issues with digestion.

It's known that even simple constipation allows some leakage of waste material back into the blood stream. Add that to beating the shit out of your digestive lining and it probably just worsens the effect.

Modern living is filled with may small factors that contribute to worsened health. Alcohol, caffeine, prescription or otherwise drug use, bad sleep, processed diet, anal sex. It's all bad and no worse unless its compounded with various others.
