I don't have to guess. The trials are published.

Find out about the phase 3 trials for the one that I got here. Nearly a year ago now.

How big a trial do you demand, before we you agree that we've moved to treatment? There must have been a million shots given now. And tens of thousands of lives saved.

So you've got a news article from a dubious source that says the phase 3 trials aren't complete, and I've got the details of the phase 3 trials completed nearly a year ago.

How could we possibly determine which source has the reliable information in this apparent contradiction?

From Pfizer itself: the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.

Right. That's true of every medicine that has come into use in living memory.

However, the phase 1,2 and 3 trials were completed before rolling out the vaccine. They were not incomplete.

VAERS captures all suspected events, even those entered by the public. The ones that are actually attributable to the vaccine are a minuscule fraction of those.

Maybe you don't know, the 78% of hospitalisations is for unvaccinated:

There were 375 people in hospital with COVID-19 at the time of the morning press conference. Of those, 81 were in intensive care and 61 were on a ventilator.

People receiving hospital treatment continue to overwhelmingly be unvaccinated, with 78 per cent without a single dose and 17 per cent partially vaccinated.
