I am writing a custom webserver in C language that runs under windows 10 which will server up web pages on the DOT ONION network.

Seems a bit pointless and misguided to be targeting Windows 10 for a webserver written in C to interact with TOR specifically, but to each their own.

i am studying the html5 <canvas> tag which allows websockets calls to be made in javascript inside of the canvas tag.

Wat. Legit what? The canvas tag does not do anything even remotely like this. The canvas tag does not execute javascript or use websockets. The canvas tag is, as the name would suggest, a space on which image data may be displayed and manipulated. Unless you require high-performance 2d/3d rendering, or need display/manipulate arbitrary bitmaps in specific ways, it's probably not something you'll ever need to deal with.

it is my goal to design a custom trading terminal which will allow investing in both real and imaginary trading instruments, with deposits and withdrawls to be processed exclusively in digital currency.

There's absolutely nothing in this project that you need to use the canvas tag for except maybe displaying fancy graphs, but there are existing open source libraries that can make graphs faster and easier than anything you could ever hope to write.

I hope to form a team for this company soon.

You strike me as either a naïve young adult with an interest in coding or a 50-something whose main use for a computer until the last year or so was checking emails and doing your taxes. In the latter case I'd strongly suggest you accept that you've past the point in your life were you can effectively dive into a new field, but either way you need to take a step back and realize you have absolutely no idea what you're doing and will not produce anything of any use to anyone anytime soon. Anyone you contact to try to build your "team" will immediately realize your level of expertise in this field and will either laugh you out of the room or try to scam you. You have years and years of learning ahead of you, and by the time you're done with that learning you'll realize what a fools errand it is to try to roll your own software from scratch for any real world use case, unless you have extensive domain specific knowledge. And even in that case you're still going to be leveraging existing libraries and frameworks for the majority of what you make.

i have thirty years of experience as a C language programmer, my first C compiler was Microsoft QuickC for Dos in 1991. I have written website code in Gcc for linux with some of my programs as large as five hundred printed pages long.

i am developing my own web server code that will be used to host a "dot onion" website..

i am redesigning the social media experience.

my goal is to neutralize any form of power that forum shills might have.

this is why i would like to design my own web server.. and design my own communications portal.. so that hateful shills would have no strength at all.

i wont be here to see it.. but.. humanity is facing extinction.

the closer that we get to this extinction event, the more we fight..

in the last days there will be no water to drink and there will be no food to eat..

this is why the smart rich are hoarding water.. but really all that they are doing is bringing the problem onto us quicker..

the oceans are quickly becoming toxic to the point that the fish are not consumable as food..

all of you will die from this problem.
