No, ancient peoples constantly attacked and enslaved each other for no reason other than not being them. And they were big on genetic determinism. Guilt was inherited, honor was inherited, royalty was inherited, your bloodline basically defined you back then. Jews were actually one of the few who had any sort of restraint whatsoever on this type of behavior. But they were full of it regardless.
