i appreciate your kind words, but at this time i am rather busy trying to piece together a web server program that i am writing using the GCC C compiler at the shell of windows 10..

i get a lot of flack for writing my own webserver, but i can show you one reason why i would not want to use an off the shelf webserver is because there are always backdoors and flaws and guess what?

if i am writing a webserver that will be used to serve up pages on the darkweb, and there is a backdoor into my "nginx" webserver, for example, and I AM NOT AWARE OF THIS BACKDOOR, OMG... then there will be god knows who just waltzing around in my computer..

by writing my own web server, i am creating a simplified version of a webserver that only does what i tell it to do..

No. You do your thing. But, if you were to write out a memoir, I would take the time to read it.

Is this backdoor threat a threat for anyone surfing or only web-servers?

if you were to write out a memoir, I would take the time to read it.

umm, i am doing just that in realtime and you are in fact reading it.

the backdoor issues are most definitely real.. when i was a web programmer back in the 90's and early 2000's, i would install a backdoor into every site that i would write.. my backdoors were simple, but nobody ever spotted them..

i would have my code check for a "cmd=" variable and if found it would execute that command at the shell and dump the result to the webpage as a hidden comment.

such as store.com?cmd=ls

the above would execute the linux "LS" command which takes a directory listing..

one issue is that there is much espionage and spying going on in the world today..

i want to promise you that there are pedos that go to great lengths to acquire the ability to secretly watch your children's cameras and microphones..

oh my, isnt that the most premium porno available to a pedo? to be able to watch your children masturbate for the first times?

it dont get no better than that, my friend.

As a computer tech-savvy individual, what is the best protection, short of unplugging all electronic devices?

if you really protect yourself, most people will think you have gone off the deep end and have gone conspiracy happy..

in today's world, you should assume that your phone is a "bugging device", both for video and for audio, and that you should have no private conversations in close proximity to either your phone or laptop.

i almost promise you that there are pedos jerking off and watching your entire family including your children, as depressing as that sounds..

every word that you speak is picked up by your phone's microphone and is stored away for processing by an extremely intelligent artificial intelligence monster program.

we are not alone any more.

skynet is online now.

there is nothing you can do, short of walking out into a forest while naked.

What about Faraday bags? I know that cell phones and Windows based computers are still "on" even when turned off.

sure, but how do you tell your kids to be sure to put their phones into a bag before they jerk off?

with respect i say this, of course..

How indeed? I guess the same way I talk to him about other dangers. I just have to be careful about making him be aware without being paranoid. Oh, the days of the Sears catalog, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, and Victoria's Secret catalogs.

do you know what is weird? sometimes i am talking about something that i have never typed into my computer, like for example i might mention the word "jamaica" for example, and then all of a sudden i am seeing advertisements on youtube or google for jamaica..

coincidence? maybe not. i think that phone listens to everything we speak.

Oh, I have seen that first hand. It didn't happen to me until I upgraded to my last phone. I was with a friend and her customer, who was getting married soon in the Dominican Republic. They didn't share any social media or hang out together outside of work, but they both had Facebook running on their phones. By the end of the meeting, my friend had an advertisement pop up on Facebook for the resort in the Dominican Republic her customer was getting married at. Facebook knew they were pending time together by GPS and decided that they may share common interests or vacation spots or whatever. That's how they also know who to suggest as a "friend".

Back to the cameras:

There are many more like this in other homes. I have heard that there are websites where you can watch "hacked", or unprotected cameras feeds all over the world.

Oh, the days of the Sears catalog, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, and Victoria's Secret catalogs.

oh yeah, you might want to have a talk with your son and clue him in that those girls on the victoria secret catalog really aint girls any more.

just saying..

btw, those that masterminds behind the reset are simply using the trans movement as a pawn which will later be destroyed... the trans movement is being used to create chaos..

also, when you want to ask yourself if there are really really backdoors out there.... take a look at this javascript... can you read this nonsense? this is code that people regularly embed into their sites without even thinking twice about it..
