Voat locked down for a few months iirc. The second they dropped the lockdown Gaybara started making hundreds of sock accounts and then essentially took over the site until the admins finally got tired of his shit.

why did saidit turn off registrations?

they wanted to block a specific person.

hmmm.. but he has almost forty accounts that he has pre-registered.

they didnt kick him out at all.
