i am not sure what you mean by that... i have known on a personal level quite a few black street gang bangers... they are deadly in that they will kill you, but they are not your typical "mass shooters", such as columbine shooters, etc... black street gangsters will kill you over respect issues or nonpayment issues or territory issues, those are the three big issues with any street gangster..

most videos of "mass shooters" are white males.
