Very bizarre situation in the 800m quals:

*On the last lap - you can see some dude from Qatar reach out and grab the jersey of the Polish dude, and then seconds later trip him up.

*Hundred meters later the same dude from Qatar goes down.

*Race finishes, announcers say Pole has to finish if he wants to appeal (as in if he was deliberately pushed down) and sure enough he goes to finish

*He passes the guy who tripped him up, hand slap, as he continues to finish

*Other guy doesn't finish

I didn't see the race but in my mind for maximum hilarity the Qatar guy is stumbling down the track for the entire hundred meters from shirt grab to eventual fall. Bizarre situation indeed.

Guy coulda finished just the race for appeal - same as guy from poland - but he didn't. if poland guy knew that was who tripped him up he probably wouldn't of been all buddy buddy with him.

Not an expert, but imagine she'd acheive similar results without whatever fashionable idpol, but stands to earn far more money through sponsorships etc with it.

I wouldn't make any large wagers on that. If there is a single man here that did pretty well in high school they have a significant chance to beat any woman in any physical challenge. Nature is a bitch, but you had better get used to her, because nature isn't changing any time soon.
