somebody on the "internet" is looking for a volunteer to download the above file or files. no compensation. no reward. just down load the file.

That is 100% going to be malware it's using "superfiles.co" for hosting. Got to say this is the first time I've ever seen a malware site specifically aimed at developers with so much effort taken to make it look legit.
