Probably vitamin A and D. Maybe throw in some zinc. Fine for mild to moderate covid, but if it gets on top of you bad enough, you're toast.

That can't make a difference unless, for some reason, you're insufficient in vitamin A and D ... and possibly zinc.

Which is likely for vitamin D, because modern society. But most people don't need A and zinc supplementation.

Thanks I'll watch the video when I've got an hour.

Youtube is poorly controlled for information/misinformation, but Medcram has some videos that are highly regarded as far as youtube goes.

How Coronavirus Kills: Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) & Treatment and Coronavirus Epidemic Update 34: US Cases Surge, Chloroquine & Zinc Treatment Combo, Italy Lockdown in particular were rated as 66 out of a possible 75 for content quality by a couple of medical students in this paper.

I guess being sick tends to burn up those nutrients dealing with the virus.

      Absolutely.

As blogged in Science Based Medicine, so too does other things that increase the severity of CoVID. Old age, chronic disease, being black, which confounds the relationship between vitamin d insufficiency and covid severity, on top of the sickness burning up those nutrients, making it difficult to identify whether the Vitamin d insufficiency causes more severe CoVID or if the causality is the other way around.
