    I'm not convinced that they're actually forced to do this. Bitchute is the only platform where I encounter this. Not even Youtube does it. They remove videos and channels, but that's because they want to, and it's never region-based.

    Peertube or Blogspot don't censor. So far that is what I've seen. Wordpress censors, Bitchute is owned by a Zionist grifter who cares only about money, Gab.ai is a honeypot site owned by a David Horowitz founder and a cypto-Jew and Odysee is Jewish owned and is already censoring liek crazy.

    That's the thing: it's blocked not because the video contains incitement to hatred, but because another video on the same channel does. That's how far they're taking it.

    That's what I did. I use Tor, so I just have to click "change circuit" until it works. It's more about the sentiment.

    I frequent BitChute alot. They banned a political party I believe from the Norwegian regions. I do not, however, remember BitChute declaring a ban on Communists and Antifa despite the fact Communism has killed millions of people and Antifa supports violence.

    Maybe /u/d3rr can set up a PeerTube instance on Cassandra and I can mirror/archive his /s/DownTheMemoryHole instance as well as accept stuff.

    I've unpacked from last month and collected new footage and I already need a new drive. I waste so much fucking time trying to wrangle resources I don't have. FML. Hopefully the new videos I'm working on might get some attention and support. With the new forums we could also ask for donations to buy more gear. Find the proxy (and VPS) yet? SaidIt may go down tomorrow. Months and we still have nothing online.

    Should BitChute block some videos in countries with a policy of censorship, or refuse to block them and have the entire site banned in those countries?

    On one hand: you could get most or some of your videos legally available in those countries, but on the other hand: you're basically collaborating with oppressive governments.

    I'd personally go with the latter; someone from Germany or Communist-occupied China can just use a VPN either way, so it's morally superior to take a stand against government censorship. It's like how the AP worked with the Nazis and North Korea — sure, you're getting some news out, but only the news the dictator wants to get out.
