Voat went out of business for lack of money. Simple as that.

The owner of Voat (I forget his name) had hundreds of thousands of dollars in crypto. What happened was he sold the source code to one company, and that company ended up being acquired by another company which was owned by an IDF intelligence agent. And they "SHUT. IT. DOWN."
