High IU vitamin D and C, liquids, and rest. Don't fret, there is a 99.97% chance you'll be fine.

i was kidding about covid, but i am definitely in the final stages of copd..

a few days ago and my lungs just seized up, if i hadnt had my inhaler i dont know what the outcome would have been.

my best guess is that i probably have somewhere between a few minutes and a few months remaining.
