Except that's the opposite of what will happen. Think for a second about the sources in the article and the plans in the infrastructure/jobs bill. The criminally slow response to COVID19 by Republicans already put millions out of work. The infrastructure bill is necessary to clean up the Republicans' messes and help deal with the $27 trillion debt they racked up.

This websire should be nominated for /s/ShitpostNews

You're right! Clicking the 'About' link on this Washington Gazette article (unsuccessfully) redirects to www.thedailyfodder.com. WTF? I'm old enough that every time I hear infrastructure from a politician I smell pork. This isn't just one political party's mess, it's the mess we all have. The $27 trillion is a great example. I pray you're right about the market, but I'm skeptical because sites like Forbes and Bloomberg echo similar musings.

It's shit post news cause it's just propaganda. Like we see with minimum wage increases and unions. Obviously people negatively affected, wealthy people, have the means and motive to protect their interests. It would be crazy not to.

Except that's the opposite of what will happen.

Not so sure. The Democrats are every bit as corrupt and useless as Republicans.

Yes

Like we see with minimum wage increases and unions.

WTF would you have against this? You wish to support income inequality, and the transfer of one's earnings to the top 1%, while the 99% are unable to earn a living wage? Are you insane?

Obviously people negatively affected, wealthy people, have the means and motive to protect their interests. It would be crazy not to.

So - fuck the people who cannot democratically challenve the 1% to share some of the $ trillions in profits. It's not like any of that money is "trickling down".

Not so sure. The Democrats are every bit as corrupt and useless as Republicans.

That's exactly what the corrupt Republicans want you to believe.

WTF would you have against this?

Nothing. That's my point, we see a lot of propaganda explaining why it would actually be bad for the common person to pay them better or to allow collective bargaining.

They're all in it for their own interests. It's not exactly news politicians are scum.
