So go outside? Here in the uk smoking/vaping has been banned from indoor public places for years. It seems reasonable to me for smoking because of second-hand smoke. And even though vaping second hand "smoke" contains no nicotine or harmful substances, I can still understand that most people don't want to walk into a room and get hit with thick plumes of smoke/vapour.
