If the day comes where I've got to walk around with my "Yes, I've been chipped like a dog" vaccine paperwork I'm spending my money on the best printers money can buy. Whether or not I get the vaccine isn't the problem. The problem I have with the idea is that's part of my medical information. If it's really that big of a deal let them using their fancy face-scanners and leave me the hell alone. Requiring paperwork just to move around town is dystopian.
