Youtube is noticeably retarded and is actively trying to prevent people from expressing their opinions in the comment sections to videos. Even words such as "retard" are no longer acceptable on this dog shit platform, and you'll be able to recognize when your comments are removed after you refresh the page or try to edit them. You'll either get an "error" ("Ah geez dude, unknown error sorry bout' that bro totally not intentional") or your comment will magically disappear.

I've realized a trick to bypassing this and being able to say what you want but it also helps to know that these comment sections are actively monitored by some sort of bot where your account can get banned for being too much of a meanie.

When you write your comment, put it through a site such as coolfont. The bot doesn't seem to pick it up and it also makes your comments look cool I guess. If enough little bitches report it though your account will probably get banned, so be careful bros. God forbid you express any wrong think.
