You're not looking for heroes. You're calling for vigilantes.

Vigilantes do not equate to heroes.

Vigilantism is extrajudicial activity.
Typically involving violence.

Heroics requires an element of self sacrifice, for minimal personal gain.

Also, it's cowardly to call on others to become "heroes" for actions you could take upon yourself.

Although, preying on innocent children is more cowardly by many orders of magnitude.
