That was honestly an interesting and cool video. I like how the people who work there either are descendants of the original owners or workers. The culture, among seemingly the majority of their workforce was awesome too, where they respected the legacy and knew, as well as did their best, to emulate the original craft of the original recipe & lineup because when they see a bottle in the wild, they know they played a role in its creation no matter how small; they want it to be quality and in demand. Everyone they spoke to kinda had that pride an artist has seeing their art being appreciated in the wild.
I never felt so sentimental over tabasco sauce :( never again will I look at a tabasco the same, especially during holiday season.
