I cant even imagine being a cop in Portland. Dealing with some crazy cat lady Karen is probably a break from some of the shit they've had to deal with there lately.

Granted some of her comments were mildly amusing, but her behavior probably has more to do with putting on a show and a sense of entitlement than an actual manic episode.

At 3:46 she says "you're going viral, douchebag!". This is the part that convinces me she is pretty detached from reality. She thinks the video makes her look good and the cops bad. Hard agree on sense of entitlement but it can be that in conjunction with a manic episode.

She's probably slightly drunk and/or on something. She might be a little crazy as well. I forget what percentage of Americans have some kind of mental illness, but its a large percentage. Most can function just fine without causing a scene in the street and attracting the attention of multiple cops, but in modern day Portland, and for that matter America, this kind of behavior has become normalized and even celebrated. Hence her decision to post the video apparently.
