Bullshit. He's a satirist (ie. he makes fun of everyone, including himself, especially himself. And yes, there is much to laugh about in the US, among other countries.)

He came to the US to work for Jon Stewart, it seems.

He and his writers address important problems, and throw in comedic bits. It's satire.

    Most Blacks in the US speak AAVE, not British English. I hate it when people conflate all non-rhotic dialects to just be "English" or "British" — because a lot of Southern American (Dixon) dialects are non-rhotic, including AAVE and Coastal Southern (from which AAVE is derived).
