$84k of security glass, but now the outside of the house is usable all year round and they can grow food. Pretty interesting idea!

"It's security glass," Sacilotto told Fair Companies. "So in principal this can’t break. If it ever does, it will break in tiny pieces to not harm anyone."

Ex-Glazer here... This is half bullshit. This glass is not as unbreakable as people claim. You can shatter it with a hard pointed object like a pen.... It's also unstable. I've seen sheets shatter just from a temperature difference between inside a building and outside. Had a co-worker take a glass piece from inside a building at 90f to outside at 70f. The glass shattered the second he got halfway out the door.

The other half about it breaking into tiny pieces is right but it can cut you as it is glass. It won't be as bad as a sheet of plate glass that can slice right through you if it falls at the right angle.

Ex-thief here, have indeed shattered these windows with a pen. Can confirm.
