We're talking about people who believe cloth facemasks help prevent the spread of deadly diseases.

This accusation hasn't happened to me yet, but I'd like to believe that I'll say something similar to the following...

Them: Blah blah blah blah not wearing your face mask blah blah murderer!

Me: Its the year 2020, and as long as Trump's the president MURDERERS DON'T HAVE TO WEAR FACEMASKS!!! MWAAAAAA! HAAA! HAAA!

I'm sure I'll probably forget to say this, but it would be a conversation starter.
