Europeans do have a skin colour and it's white. There are no "african europeans" or "brown europeans".

Genetics, although there were red people in Europe before the whites. The proto-basque and proto-gaels have some interesting genetic connections

Behavior, and thus indirectly genetics. People who just want to destroy society aren't European. They just want to recreate the shitholes that they "fled" from (which is very selfish; if they are the best and brightest, they should stay and make their own lands better).

No, genetics. Your behavior has nothing to do with your skin color. edit: I guess some people allow their skin color to make them act in certain ways, so I am wrong. This is something that can be dealt with though.
