You can get a brand new pool and hot tub for $65K.

I mean, good for him, it's a nice find. But why exaggerate it my-time.com?

I don't know anything about pools but a search at homeguide.com claims $160k is on the far high end of costs for an inground pool. I think the article is probably exaggerating the value, but it's still a hell of a nice find.
