It's just "Americans" you don't need to say "US-Americans". It makes it quite obvious you're not a native English speaker

Canadians complain to me all time if i don't exemplify this difference. Just ask Carswell. The don't seem to want to be brushed with the same comb.

    If i'm (ever) writing about Mexicans or the rest of the Spanish-speaking (quite sound) rest of these continents i usually write beaners because they usually like beans and corn so much.

    Their farts smell quite different because of this.

    Since afaik only Brazilians speak Portugese this definition of mine seems quite complete.
