God didn't. This world is controlled by Satan. He is the prince of this world, that is why Yeshua refused Satan's temptation. Nations exist due to various factors but God is a globalist in that he cares about all of his brothers in all nations. I would help people of any race or color and preach the word of God to all peoples. That does not mean God is against nations or for them. Just that the worldly beliefs of people who say that God condones a nations actions or its people or bestows some sort of rights to this piece of land or that socialism is anti-Christ (it's not) or that capitalism is pro-Christ (it's not), is, in my opinion unscriptural. God and Yeshua are not of an ism.
