Your assumption is that National Socialism generally advocates violence, which shows that you would benefit from a sub discussing its ideology.

OP said he didn't post any actual content, yet you assume he was advocating violence. Doesn't that mean that you find the topic of the sub inherently violent? At least that's what I understood when you wrote this:

You can get banned for spamming or for advocating violence. Given their history, it's obvious which of those two rules they broke.

My sidebar was literally something like "Work in progress" or probably empty. Idk, as the sub was literally a work in progress.

His removed comment was probably his main offense and then a continued pattern was observed on the sub he was creating.

        What fucking comment?
My sub wasn't even made properly yet, and there were only two posts, with "test" in the body and title.

Anyways the sub wasn't used by anybody yet and any two week old account can create a sub. If you want to create a sub to discuss nazi ideology and can do it without advocating violence then nobody is stopping you.

And I didn't advocate any violence. Why don't people fucking understand that u/magnora7 banned me because of a sub banner with pictures of Hitler and Posters from NSDAP era Germany. To u/magnora7, that is "violence". By banning me he literally committed the guilt by association fallacy.

        the guilt by association fallacy.

Yeah because you choose to associate yourself with murderers. Maybe make better decisions in the future.

It is still a fallacy sire. Since the "pyramid of debate" includes ad hominem at the near-bottom, I'd suspect other fallacies would be grouped into the same category too. So if you do want to promote intelligent discussion, first try to justify your ban without being fallacious.

I will wait for magnora7's response instead of jumping to any assumptions...
