I dont think that this story is true.

Asking stupid questions does not help. Then you get stupid answers.
Asking good questions does help.
And good personal help with homework works often better than explanations by teachers.

You could be right. But, I asked tons of "good" questions that people thought were silly. I had a genuine interest in the answers to those questions, and it wasn't until I had good junior/senior year teachers who would be willing to answer them for me. Also, I don't think the post specifies on whether or not the "dumb" anxious girl was failing her classes. Perhaps her friend also helped her with her homework. In fact, it seems as though they had that sort of relationship.

Good point

So...how did her dumb "introverted" friend contributed in their friendship?

I doubt they bullied her for asking questions

She was probably fat

even if so she would be praised and put on a pedestal. Now imagine an ugly guy asking questions in class. Or if a guy was too shy to ask questions he wouldn't even have a friend to ask the questions for him. This is a fake story cuz women are never bullied. They live life on easy mode.

I was often made fun of by the mainstream students at my school for asking questions that they thought were silly/weird. Good thing I ended up with some smart teachers who actually appreciated my redundant/off-the-wall questions.

Very nice. That's the kind of friend I can be, but I've never had any friend worthy of anything close to such dedication. And I've never had a friend nearly that good either.

What bothers me is all the people talking down on these two. Honestly, the only friends I've had who are worth such dedication were not always people I wanted to help. By helping them, I realized that they are good people, worthy of dedication. Sometimes you must put your hand out first, then find that it was worthwhile.

Each has his own experience, it is unique and belongs only to themselves. Each one's life is the way it is because they are who they are.

I wanted to post this. This is classical 9gag. (and not her meme fyi)

what is 9gag? I've never heard of that before. Larpers? Virtue-signaling?
