Donald Trump plans
Is pretty much a useless statement at this point. He has really bad follow through so this could just be red meat for the base if nothing more. It took him almost 2 years to even begin the process of withdrawing from the Paris agreement and even that has a built-in 1 year withdrawal period. So it essentially took him 3 years to do something he railed against relentlessly.
