Defending an idea does not equal I have to change your mind. No one ever changes their mind because someone else proffers different take.

I'm just telling it like it is and calling bullshit where I see it. If you're honest with yourself you'll admit no amount of defending on my part will change your opinion. Defending an idea never changes anyone's opinion.
