Yes, I agree. But if you give men the false idea that men and women ought to be treated equally or even worse that men and women are treated equally, then you're harming men a lot because neither society nor women will adhere to this which will create a victimhood in the men because they have been taught to expect equal treatment by society, which is not something society can ever give them nor should men want that.

The dynamics between men and women are not the same and hence if you create a system based on the idea that they are the same, then the system will be inherently unequal by design. Now you will not often see me defending blacks on here but the inferior race of men will be extra harmed by this system designed on the basis of "same-ness" as can be seen in the prison system which is predominantly black men.
And again, you will rarely if ever see me defending the concept of white privilege or the concept white supremacy but equality between the sexes is in and of itself a structure that upholds white supremacy in society, because even if oldschool feminism hurts white men, it hurts non-white men even more.

There's a lot of nuances with everything. I've watched my 6 figure a year uncle be a piece of shit to his son, while refusing to pay child support to my aunt after she left him (he was verbally abusive to his son, and she caught him in bed several times with other women). He managed to have enough sway to fuck her over time after time in courts. Meanwhile, a friend of mine had a daughter whose mother was schizophrenic and negligent. She would leave the daughter for the entire day with the same diaper on, him coming home to find the baby that way while he was stuck at work. He took her to court to get custody and she lied about some weirdo shit to make him look like a creep, and she won custody. He ended up getting his daughter back but it was technically through his parents. The legal system is so fucked up and there are seemingly biases in every courtroom.

As far as the rest, we'll agree to feel the way that each of us feel about it. Everything is a morbidly obese gray area.

You're describing the unequal dynamics of social relationships between men and women. Laws that treat each individual as equals when they're unequals in the relationship are inherently discriminatory.
