Conspiracy-minded people who... hang out mostly in s/conspiracy, bots (?) and a rational admin who understands that the concept of free speech can include giving communities the chance to regulate themselves - even if that means banning people from their community - so long as those people retain the ability to set up their own communities as well in the same space and so long as those regulated communities own up to their regulating.
