It is a logical fallacy to blame a group based on genetics or whatever.

No. It isn’t. If the genetic expression of a series of genes predilects a group to physical violence against other groups, it’s not a logical fallacy to say that they will be more physically violent.

It is the bad people or criminals within a group, that we don't like.

And sometimes that’s the entire group. It is a logical fallacy to say that an entire group cannot be criminals.
