I've only just recently seen this connection between some (to my eye, weirdo) nationalists here in Sweden and the no-fapping movement.

Meanwhile, I'm just I'm really confused.

What's the conspiracy angle here?

Jerking off to too much porn makes you weak. If you want to improve your life, give it up. Your sex drive improves and let's be honest, some people get addicted to porn. It's not healthy.

So there are people who want more sex drive? That explains how people could want to avoid masturbating. When I went through puberty I was concerned about having too much sex drive, and upon further research, found that masturbation was a good way to reduce it, and therefore learned to do it, through reading about how to the Wikipedia page for masturbation.

An addiction increases need for something, at the cost of the rest of your life. Energy spent jerking off is energy you don't have for the rest of your life. The important part.
