The US News article I read said he wasn't suspected of being under the influence. Possible he just got on the expressway and didn't know a bunch of fuckwits in black clothing had blocked it off and just didn't see them standing in the middle of the street at 1am.

But yeah, since it was a black guy, watch the media completely memory hole this. I bet we won't even see any retrospective "Are we sure it's wise to march on expressways at night while dressed in black?" op-eds.

wouldn't surprise me or he could have just been just been pissed off. blocking the highway and he needed to get somewhere. if he drives slow they slice his tires or break the window...
