See that was my thought, if we get to chose willy nilly now that more women would choose to be men. I like being a woman and wouldn't want to be a man. I do feel like there are less disadvantages to being a man.

I disagree with this. Having a son made me more aware that both sexes have disadvantages that cannot always be compared. Males are at a higher risk of disease, disability and death at all ages. Even the risk of miscarriage is higher if you're pregnant with a boy rather than a girl. It also depends on what you want to do with your life. I wouldn't want to miss the experience of pregnancy and breastfeeding. I've never felt such a powerful and satisfying connection. I also feel more balanced than before. This doesn't mean that all women will share this experience. Every individual has different life circumstances. I don't think it always helps to try to quantify how much one group is disadvantaged compared to another because their are huge individual differences and differing perspective on whether something is an advantage or disadvantage.
