People have been taught that Nazis are the most evil thing you can be, not that being a Stalinist/Communist/Marxist is equally or more evil in many instances. They default to Nazi = worst evil because of the lack of knowledge about Marixsm and Stalinism.

I can tell you also that I have met very few actual outright "neo nazis" in my time online and FAR more out and proud "communists" and "marxists".

"met" is a loose term, I was mostly referencing online users. Unfortunately it seems communism and marxism are far more publicly acceptable and more people I know are trending towards them.

Well I guess Nazism intentionally wants to kill people while marxists don't but they end up killing people indirectly so this makes them not technically advocate for murder.

Stalinism/communism/marxism are all branches from the same tree. Stalinism/Communism is quite a bit more evil than Nazism, but that's getting into evil olympics. I guess the main problem is that in Western cultures we aren't taught about the disgusting evils of communism, only nazism.
