Do you have a prescription for Xanax?

Yes I have a prescription for anxiety and insomnia. It's still bad to take it though I think long term.

I know advice, even good advice, can often sound silly or stupid but you should really do your best to make anything you try work to have any hope of finding a solution. A lot if times people will not believe in something but will try it just so they can say they tried but they half ass it and subconsciously sabotage it.

With that said, I think you should explore why you have anxiety to begin with. You should try and decouple yourself from a billions of problems that you may feel are important, but are not something you can immediately fix. That means get off the internet, don't watch the news, stay off social media.

Make a plan of how you are going to achieve your goals and do nothing but work on that 24/7. Get lots of exercise. Whenever you are bored, not sure what you should be doing just start exercising or cleaning.

No internet, no politics, no drama. And meditate.
